About me

I’m Christina, and for over 15 years I’ve been on a journey of professional evolution - one that began in the world of finance and led me straight to the heart of human connection within organizations.
I studied Economics at the University of Piraeus and continued with a Master’s degree in Economic and Business Strategy, which I completed in 2013. In 2020, I became a certified Business Coach through the International Coach Academy - a bold and conscious step toward the empowerment of people and teams.
I began my career in 2009 at Mars Hellas, where I spent 8 years working in both the Finance and Commercial departments. I later held various roles at Karamolegos and Lavazza, and had the opportunity to lead a major cross-functional project as Head of Implementation at Loumidis Coffee Shops.
In 2020, I made the most defining move in my career so far: I took on the role of HR Business Partner at Yellow Pages, fully dedicating myself to the human side of business.
Since then, I’ve been supporting teams and organizations through consulting, recruitment, training, team development, and the strengthening of internal collaboration.
Across all my collaborations - whether as an HRBP, external consultant, trainer, or coach - one common thread always emerges: helping people work better together, lead with authenticity, and find meaning in what they do.
In the field of coaching and mentoring, I specialize in workplace relationships, women’s empowerment (through my partnership with Women on Top | WHEN), career transitions, change management, leadership development, and authentic management.
I believe that every meaningful change - big or small - begins with one essential question. And I’m here to help you ask it, explore it, and act on it.

My approach
My work is grounded in a simple but powerful principle: bridging people with strategy and business operations.
With hands-on experience across different functions and industries - from Finance and Sales to HR and Strategic Planning - I’ve developed a 360° understanding of how organizations operate. I’m able to grasp how each department thinks, what its needs are, where pain points emerge, and where collaboration and growth opportunities lie.
Thanks to my strong business acumen, I translate numbers into action, people into direction, and strategy into sustainable practice.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. I focus on interventions tailored to the size, culture, and stage of each business, with the goal of helping teams operate with more clarity, trust, and connection - both with one another and with their shared purpose.
Change doesn’t have to be loud to be meaningful. It just needs to be intentional - and implemented with respect.
